2. No I'm not surprised, I feel that customers think they can treat waitresses however they want because the workers depend on the tip.
3. I honestly don't know how to address the situation. Most of waitresses pay depends on the tip, and they don't want to ruin the chance of getting paid by fighting back when their sexually harassed.
4. I feel the sexual harassment laws should be enforced more and taken more seriously. If they do this maybe the harassment will stop or be reduced tremendously.
