Heather Bresch, the CEO of Mylan, is wanting to move her business to the Netherlands so she doesn't have to pay taxes. She thinks that the taxes are too high, and she wants to escape paying american taxes. Now a lot of businesses are trying out this tactic known as inversion. Many companies are finding loopholes so they pay less taxes. Whenever they do this, it costs the treasury money, and our nation. Companies are also finding ways to cut down their bills, so now they pay even less money.

1. taxes are to repair things in our nation, get rid of debt, and pay for all the stuff the government does.

2. In my opinion I think the big companies should pay the most taxes, or at least pay what they are supposed to pay, and stop finding loopholes to get out of it. It's like their the stereotypical "dumb jock" who makes the nerds do their homework. It's not fair, and they should be paying their part.
