2.The people who go to college move out of state for better jobs, and the jobs around here really don't require you to have a degree.

ISIS is putting governing structures in place to rule the territories the group conquers after battle. ISIS has gone from being a purely military force to building a system that can provide basic services. 1. The dangers these towers create is that peoples calls are listened can be listened to and drop their 4G down to 2G.

3. Yes i think they are, i find it a coincidence that they can't find who put these towers up. I think they're listening in on citizens to see if they're planning crimes or drug processing or something relating to that topic.
