1. The dangers these towers create is that peoples calls are listened can be listened to and drop their 4G down to 2G.

2. Maybe the military is listening in on what the average citizen is saying, or even people from other countries are listening in to get the insight or even an upper hand against America.

3. Yes i think they are, i find it a coincidence that they can't find who put these towers up. I think they're listening in on citizens to see if they're planning crimes or drug processing or something relating to that topic.
